    Royal Mail - Delivery Timescales due to COVID-19

    Due to the current situation and increased demand, there may be a delay in receiving your GiftBox once it is with Royal Mail. Although the majority of our GiftBoxes are reaching customers in the usual time frames or a few days after I have been advised that parcels could take up to two weeks to arrive. We haven't yet had any take this long, but as it's a possibility, we wanted to make you aware.

    With this in mind, we are unable to look in to missing parcels until 10 working days after their dispatch date. Once this timescale has passed, please send us an email with your order number and we will look into this for you.     Thank you so much for your support of our small business - it means so much at this strange and difficult time!
