Shipping Policy

Deliveries are normally sent out within 1-2 working days, except for busier times of year. In this case, we will update our homepage to inform you of dispatch times. 

Parcels are currently sent out with Royal Mail using a 1st Class or 2nd Class service. 2nd Class is £3.75 and 1st Class is £4.95. If you spend over £30.00 2nd Class delivery is free. 

If you require a guaranteed next day delivery, we are currently working to provide this as a permanent option, but for now, please contact us and we can arrange this. 

Pick Up Service

Pick-Up is not currently available due to COVID-19 our shop is currently closed. Once we re-open we will re-activate this option.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on perishable goods (food & drinks products.) We also cannot accept returns on selected soap and bath products, as these are packaged with minimal packaging and could be tampered with. Gift Cards are non refundable.


To return any items, please contact us at and we will process your return. You will be responsible for return delivery costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (in the case of an item returning damaged.) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Royal Mail - Delivery Timescales due to COVID-19

Due to the current situation and increased demand, there may be a delay in receiving your GiftBox once it is with Royal Mail. Although the majority of our GiftBoxes are reaching customers in the usual time frames or a few days after I have been advised that parcels could take up to two weeks to arrive. We haven't yet had any take this long, but as it's a possibility, we wanted to make you aware.

With this in mind, we are unable to look in to missing parcels until 10 working days after their dispatch date. Once this timescale has passed, please send us an email with your order number and we will look into this for you.
